Over the past months, the team here at Artworx Inc has worked hard to expand our ability to serve and support you. I'm happy to report that right now, nearly every product in our extensive catalog is available to order. We're making more sizes, stocks, and finishes available on a daily basis.
Please know: we're fully committed to meeting the turnaround commitments we've made. Our team is monitoring orders minute by minute, and taking steps to prevent any possibility of delays that might result in disruptions for your business.
To help with the workflow, we're bringing in additional staff for our facilities where it's safe and possible to do so. And we're adding to our customer service team, to improve our response times and more quickly resolve questions about orders.
